Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase authentic Geek THC products. If you have
purchased the fake product, all support and warranty issues should be directed to your direct dealer.
Since it is a disposable product, we do not accept returns or replacement. Please ask before you leave the store if the warranty is available or if you can test the product in person to see if it is fully functional.
1. Valid Purchases
If you do not purchase from us directly, please first reach out to the location in which you
received the device for exchange. In the event no exchange is offered, keep your proof of purchase
for the warranty.
Geek THC provides a quality warranty period of 48 hours from the date of purchase to online
customers. While wholesalers and distributors have up to 30 days to make this claim to us directly.
2. Product Details
We will require certain product details to start a warranty. If you are missing these details, we
can not honor the warranty. Use the below photo example to identify your Geek THC product.
3. Order Identification
To ensure a smooth warranty process, first identify your order type based on your original purchase
path, then provide your order reference number (such as a receipt, invoice, or order number). When
submitting a photo related to your query, make sure the receipt is visible in the photo to avoid any
delays in processing your warranty.
